These terms and conditions apply to your use of CustomPack.pk and to orders for custom printed packaging placed with us for delivery within Pakistan. Please read them before placing an order.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the CustomPack.pk website and placing an order or enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
CustomPack.pk provides custom printed packaging and logo printing services for businesses in Pakistan, including paper cups, paper buckets, paper and plastic bowls, PET and plastic glasses, cans, straws, and related products. Product images on the website are for reference, and printed results may vary slightly due to material and printing processes.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on the website, in the quote calculator, and in price ranges are estimates based on typical orders and may change depending on quantity, size, material, print colours, and design complexity. A final, confirmed price is provided in writing before production begins. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be revised if requirements change.
Minimum Order Quantity
Most custom printed products are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ), typically starting from 500 pieces. The applicable MOQ for your product is confirmed during the quoting process.
Artwork and Approval
You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and order details, and for reviewing and approving the mockup, size, quantity, colours, and print details before production. By approving a mockup, you confirm the design is correct. CustomPack.pk is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork or in details approved by you.
Intellectual Property and Artwork Rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, designs, or content you provide for printing, and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. You retain ownership of your artwork. The CustomPack.pk website content, branding, and design remain the property of CustomPack.pk.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any advance payment required to start production, are confirmed at the time of order. Production typically begins after the agreed advance is received and the mockup is approved.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates communicated at the time of order and may be affected by order size, artwork approval timing, courier availability, and circumstances beyond our control. We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Returns and Defects
Because most products are custom printed and made to order, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or materially incorrect items, as described in our Return Policy. Please review the Return Policy for full details on eligibility and the claims process.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CustomPack.pk's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from the use of our products or website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Pakistani law.
