Yes. All inks used at CustomPack.pk are food-grade certified and FDA-compliant. Our materials — paper, PET, and PE coatings — are certified food-safe for direct beverage and food contact. UV-cured inks are heat-stabilised and do not leach into drinks under normal use, refrigeration, or condensation. The best formats are vector files: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF with embedded fonts, or EPS. These scale to any size without quality loss, which is critical for crisp printing on curved surfaces. If you only have a raster file, send a high-resolution PNG or JPG at minimum 300 DPI at the actual print size — for a cup that means at least 1,200 × 1,200 pixels. Avoid logos exported from social media apps (these are typically 72 DPI and print blurry). Standard production takes 3–5 working days after sample and artwork approval. Complex or very large orders (10,000+ pieces) may take 5–7 days. Delivery adds: 1–2 days within Lahore (same-city pickup also available), 2–3 days to Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi, and 3–5 days to Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and Quetta.
