This return policy applies to orders placed through CustomPack.pk for delivery within Pakistan. Please review the conditions below before placing an order or requesting a return.
Returns: Accepted for defective products only
Exchanges: Not accepted
Return Eligibility
CustomPack.pk accepts returns for defective products only. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, ordering mistakes made by the customer, or approved custom print work that matches the confirmed order details.
Return Window
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return review.
Custom Printed Orders
Because most CustomPack.pk orders are custom printed or made to order, returns are generally accepted only when items arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved artwork or confirmed order details.
Approval Requirement
Before production, customers are expected to review and approve artwork, mockups, size, quantity, and print details. Orders matching approved specifications are not normally returnable simply due to change of mind.
Exchanges
CustomPack.pk does not accept exchanges. If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will review the case and may offer an approved replacement, partial adjustment, or refund according to the issue.
Return Method and Fees
For approved return cases within Pakistan, CustomPack.pk will guide you through the courier return process. If the issue is confirmed as our error, return shipping charges for the approved claim will be covered by us.
Refund or Replacement
After inspection of the returned goods or claim evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial adjustment, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the order.
